Zurich Zoo- Making Easter bunny bread
This afternoon we went to the Zürich Zoo for Easter bunny bread making. Oh my goodness it was fun. The girls absolutely loved it. The Zürich Zoo staff was so fun and helpful. The girls made three bunnies each. And the best part?! It was all free. Amazing.
There are all sorts of fun Easter activities at the Zürich Zoo this year. Next Wednesday, March 23rd at 3pm they are painting Easter Eggs. (Register here) You can sign up for Easter Sunday and Monday brunch overlooking the Elephants (Sign up here). How cool would that be?
We go to the Zürich Zoo almost every single week. There is so much to see and do. The zoo is so spread out that we usually only hit a few favorites. The elephants, rainforest, and the petting zoo are always on our list, but rarely visited. Our usual route is enter through the outside Zoocafe, head to the gift shop, then see the poacher’s, flamingos, monkeys, camels, lions, wolves, zebra, and rhino. Then the girls play in the great playground and we either have lunch or dinner at Pantanal restaurant. There are mini playgrounds and slides along the way. April through October there are pony rides and camel rides to look forward to. I’m far too excited to see the girls on a camel. We bought a membership when we first arrived in Zürich and we renewed it last fall. Since we go all the time, it immediately pays for itself with the family membership.
What fun Easter plans do you have?
